Kathy Beckstead
Office Administrator
Kathy coordinates most of the behind-the-scenes work that supports client accounts and keeps FSI's business running and organized. She holds the series 6 and 63 securities registrations and also holds a Utah life and health insurance license. She has been with FSI since February 2003. She is married and resides in West Valley City with her husband and two sons.

Chris Hall
Seminar Coordinator / Reception
Chris joined FSI in October of 2005 and has assumed responsibility for scheduling and organizing the FSI seminars and speaking appearances. She is also probably the first face you’ll see when you walk into our offices! Prior to working with FSI, she spent many years as a facilitator for the Franklin-Covey 7 Habits programs, and has instructed teachers for over a decade in the Love & Logic program. She lives with her husband in Sandy.

Megan Johansen
New Business and Database Manager
Megan oversees the application preparation process, implements the new business and maintains the FSI client database. Her extensive computer experience keeps the FSI systems and security running smoothly. She has been with FSI since 2006. She lives with her husband in Sandy.

Merry Dawn Johnson
Assistant to Ernest Hathaway
Merry Dawn currently holds series 7, 6 and 63 securities registrations as well as a Utah life and health insurance license. She comes from a financial services background and has been with FSI since February 2000. She also assists FSI with compliance and legal issues. She is married and lives with her husband in Sandy but plans to retire (not soon!) to her childhood area of Marysvale, Utah.

Mary Pugmire
Assistant to Thom Hall
Mary has worked with Thom since 2001. She also coordinates FSI client communication programs. And although it’s not in her official job description, she also lent her considerable talents to help with the FSI brochure design! She lives in Sandy with her husband and daughter.

Stacie Stevens
Assistant to Bil Jeppson
Stacie started with FSI in 2006 as a new business manager, and has since been promoted to Bil’s assistant. She’s demonstrated herself to be very skilled and a tremendous benefit to the FSI team. She lives with her husband, a horse, and her dog in Herriman.
